Over my 35+ career , I've lived in six countries, and held various managerial roles, rising to Board level in the trading and shipping industries. My journey has included mentoring countless women, which inspired me to pivot my career toward fully supporting women in the corporate world. I've earned certifications in Business & Life Coaching (ICI Geneva), CLEEN methodology, Health & Wellness (IIN New York), and Transformational Coaching (LMI California).
While leading my Women in Leadership program for global Fortune 500 companies, I've actively helped these organizations advance UN SDG Goal 5—achieving gender equality—through specialized training in Unconscious Bias and Diversity & Inclusion.
I'm deeply involved in trade associations, having served as President of WISTA Switzerland (2014-2019) and currently co-chairing the Diversity Committee for WISTA International. Additionally, I was a Board member of the STSA - Suisse Négoce (2014-2017) and, in 2021, was appointed General Secretary of the Zug Commodity Association.
