I hold qualifications in management and leadership coaching for individuals and corporates, I am a certified life and business coach through the International Coaching Institute in Geneva, a Health & Wellness Coach from the IIN New York, and a certified Transformational Coach.
Since 2013, I served 6 years as the President of WISTA Switzerland (Women in Shipping and Trading Association, www.wistainternational.com) and later as contact person in Zug. Today, I remain an active member of Wista through the International Diversity Committee which I co-chair. In this capacity, I've organized numerous conferences and workshops. Additionally, I've contributed as a Board Member to both the STSA (Now SuisseNégoce) and currently serve as the General Secretary of the ZCA (Zug Commodity Association). My engagements have extended to attending Parliamentary dinners in Bern, representing the Trading & Shipping Industry, and participating in various panels and conferences advocating for gender equality.
